Naked Life Jayne's story
One of my clients, Jayne, told her story on the This Naked Mind podcast. It is a story of bravery, of finally owning your story and how that changed everything for her. Like me and many of us, Jayne just wanted to get back to being a "normal drinker." That kept her stuck! She is so real and articulate about her experience and exactly how she felt and what changed for her, when she really DECIDED that an alcohol free life was her goal!
She's amazing and I am so proud of all she has accomplished, and her bravery in sharing her story!
